Our restaurant opened in 2001. At that time, we were going through a process of trial and error in order to create a restaurant that would serve truly delicious tsukemen. However, it did not go well at first, and we had many failures.
It was during this time that we came across “Seafood Pork Bone Soup. This soup was just what we were looking for, a perfect combination of the delicious taste of seafood and the richness of pork bone. We then decided to use this soup as a base to pursue our own particular taste and offer authentic tsukemen (dipping noodles).
At the time, it took some time for our tsukemen to gain popularity. However, as our customers became more satisfied and more repeat customers came back, it spread by word of mouth. And now we have become a popular tsukemen restaurant supported by many customers.
Our commitment is to use delicious ingredients. For our seafood-pork bone broth, we use high-quality seafood and fresh pork bones. For our noodles, we use flour selected from all over Japan and hand-rubbed. For toppings, we use seasonal ingredients and change our menu seasonally, focusing on delicious ingredients.
We also believe in providing a comfortable space for our customers. The interior of the restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, almost like a ryokan (Japanese inn).
Our Tsukemenya is committed to becoming a restaurant that is loved by our customers more than ever. We listen carefully to our customers and are always striving to improve in order to provide better service.
The story of our Tsukemenya is one that reflects our commitment to delicious ingredients, providing a comfortable atmosphere, and treating our customers with a smile.
